George, You must be new to the world of business and financial dealings. Underwriters always get a discount to current stock trading levels when doing a financing. $20 Million dollars is a lot of money, this company will continue to grow!!!

Well what did they get BII for and where is it now? That was an excellent financing price for MCF and the warrants have to clear $10 to be exercised.

Yorkton got it for $6.50 not to resell it for $6.50 but to get at least 4 to 5 times out of it. Remember, Yorkton is one of the old boys, one of the manipulators. They would never give $20 Million as a favour - NOT those sharks. This thing is going fly because of Yorkton NOT in spite of them.
