I was not going to bother, but what the hell... The Weekly Standard didn't exist until a few years ago, long after I had become a conservative. It is full of diverse views, and like The New Republic, tends to be caught up in current events, rather than more in- depth analysis. George Orwell was a much bigger influence on me than Norman Podhoretz, much less Bill KristolLOLOLOL!!!James Baldwin was a bigger influence on me than Irving Kristol, much less Fred BarnesROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!Aristotle, Kant, and Nietzsche were much bigger influences on me than Allan Bloom much less David Gelertner(I can hardly continue the post---- Deep breaths, deep breaths)....
