There isn't much value add. They are a growth play, eventually developing to a cash cow. They are like a utility or oil company.

The barrier is dough to buy the infrastructure. Some on this thread want to drive competitors to create their own infrastructures rather than taxiing. How good of a long term strategy is that?

No privilege. That would be a de jure violation of the '96 Act.
