NetGravity Partners With NetRatings to Provide NetGravity Customers With Detailed Audience Data for Improved Media Planning
NetGravity Announces Audience Information Data Provider for AdCenter For Agencies Service
SAN MATEO, Calif., May 10 /PRNewswire/ -- NetGravity (Nasdaq: NETG - news), a leader in interactive marketing management solutions, today announced a partnership with NetRatings, a leading web audience measurement firm. NetGravity will integrate and provide access to the Nielsen//NetRatings site reach and demographic profile data as part of its AdCenter for Agencies service. AdCenter for Agencies is a complete, end-to-end Internet advertising campaign management service, which includes the ability to create detailed media plans. Joint customers can now access Nielsen//NetRatings authenticated information about online user behavior to determine the appropriate match of sites to the campaign objectives. Nielsen//NetRatings data can either be used alone or in combination with agencies' campaign performance data already stored by NetGravity through the service for even more refined targeting.

The Nielsen//NetRatings panel, which is based on statistical sampling and high-quality recruitment methods, includes more than 15,000 users in randomly selected U.S. households. Projections are based on a regular enumeration of the U.S. Internet population, which helps to ensure that the panel accurately reflects the fast-growing user community and thus provides data projectable to the entire current user population.
