You've got your PR agencies mixed up...

Big Dog (Mike Nichols) is with iChargeit and they use
Del Monte Associates in NY, who are doing a fine job.
He has nothing to do with Massimo's except to have
them as a vendor on ICHG.

Dana Verrill, CEO of MDMI, is the one who hired
La Guardia / DosComercios to do PR for MDMI.

This is what I found in another chat room.
I don't know who fishwalt is or if this person
knows anything but isn't that how takeovers start
out as rumors then boom they are taken over.
