The system will be built around their Spirit Datacine, a high-performance disk-recorder developed in collaboration with Silicon Graphics, and a more flexible D-6 recording system. D-6 machines already support the 1080i DTV format; they will evolve to support 1920 by 1080 @24P (RGB), and ultimately will become generic data recorders..........
