Please, people these are not IPO's. There is no underwriter, there is no prospectus, there is no roadshow and there is no IPO price.

ULAB is "up" relative to where it last traded on Feb 8, 1999. But, on Feb 5, 1999 it traded at $10. Further, ULAB is NOT NEW. Until yesterday this POS stock was called Triumph International Foods (Ticker KRAB). There was also a 100 for 1 reverse split today.

I wonder who controlled KRAB?
