GOOD MORNING TROOPS! The VLAD leaves the fort for 2 days and we lose 1/2 a point. But that's OK. Small pull backs IMO are technically healthy for a stock such as Vivus and creates additional BUYING opportunities. I hope that Vivus IR takes advantage of the AUA meeting with timely press releases of the various presentations. This is a good time for Vivus to inform potential investors of what they have to offer on the R&D front. Much good news on the way. Looking to challenge 10 in the VERY near future. VLAD PS AT, sorry but I can't help you out with your most intimate of sexual fantasies regarding scope. You'll have to help yourself out on that one. HA!

wvalx, Good point about Vivus overhauling the web site - this would be good. www.vivus.com is back now....they changed flashing message at op of home page right frame...refers to AUA meeting, press releases. I don't whinge much I think, but I am extremely disappointed at no press release this morning. Look, if they advertise on web site to visit them at AUA to get latest news why the !&?"!! cannot they make a release. I mean what's the point of suddenly advertising press releases on the web site without any new press releases to go with it? Vlad, what you think this rumour law suit settlement <g>? DaiS
