From what I have heard MSD and TM say, DELL plans to compete head to head with the best players in the industry (eg. EMC). The DELL virtual integration model and BTO capabilities could provide great cost, quality and service advantages. Just wait until DELL moves into the higher end of the storage market. Regards, Scott
