Dear Dr. MOze,
"Looks to be a significant end to the QP."
QP has been over for a few weeks anyway, further have never heard of a stock being halted for a merger or a listing. Assumption would be that there is some sort of investigation going on whether that involves trading or financial issues , am clueless here. Hopefully
the additional news will be sooner than later can't react to it anyway

My broker said the suspension by the SEC was due to the accuracy
and adequacy in reporting their revenue earnings. I wish the
company would respond and explain this to the shareholders.
