VISUAL DATA CORP - Signs Exclusive Agreement with Canada NewsWire to Provide Video - Online Distribution Services

-- Expanding on its existing partnership with PR Newswire, Visual Data
Corporation, which creates and broadcasts original video content for
the Internet, announced the signing of an exclusive agreement with
Canada NewsWire who will promote and sell Visual Data's services to
their more than 6,500 clients in Canada.
Visual Data, through its subsidiary Video News Wire Corporation
(www.videonewswire.com), will integrate Canada NewsWire's custom-made
video productions into Visual Data's Video News Wire service for
distribution over the Internet. The resulting television news-like
video clips will add an interactive dimension to news releases and
provide a visual forum for presenting company information on the Net.
