The first quarter of $.08/sh was actually a great quarter considering the obstacle they had to overcome. The reason they didn't achieve a sequentially up quarter was Southern Communications inability to overcome the "blow-up" at World Access (WAXS)(Look at that stock disaster). This was an enormous hurdle since Southern has 60%+ gross margins. All the other businesses at IFCI blew the leather off the ball. They will get Southern back up and ahead of plan fairly fast though since All Star (the new acquisition in Sacramento) does Central Office servicing for ATT in San Fran and their relationship with ATT/TCI is improving as we speak. good luck.

No, I'm not disappointed and it seems the market is not
disappointed too. However, it's the feeling I have always
after earnings announcement and CC from IFCI.

Everything looks great, (80 Mio Backlog !, 200 ++ Revenue
for 99 !, contract announcement soon, strong keyplayer
relationship etc, etc ....) and IFCI just don't take off.

We need this new PR Company to attract the big investors......,
major coverages, big contracts. That's the real stuff,
nothing at all today........

I'm waiting, finally it will pay off
