I've bought three DELL's and will likely buy more. It's a great company to buy a PC from. But if you surf on over to www.dejanews.com and search the newsgroups you will find many irritated users that did not get their hardware problems fixed in 24 hours. I don't think it's DELL's fault so much, it's just that a 24 hour on-site hardware fix is not realistic.

I bought a dell a few months ago and only the first year is covered for service the next two you need to ship back to Texas....
