I suggest you sell then because shortly you will own RioCan shares like it or not.

Your messages make it sound like you are the only one right on this board when it comes to reading a balance sheet and performing due diligence on a company. Has it ever occurred to you that you might be missing things.

Look at RioCan today up 5%. I suggest you hold off on selling your RFN for another week when REI hits $10.50 which I predict it will it will push up RFN to $14.00. You are going to be well rewarded by this takeover but alas you would sooner it hadn't happened and RFN would still be under $12.

By the way take a look at HR.un better than both of these IMHO. I own both because then you have investments in both the commercial and retail real estate markets.
