I don't understand how revenues are impacted as per 2nd paragraph of the press release. Seems to me they just initially wrote off too much goodwill (amount they paid above book value) for company and now this will be reversed and will be accounted for by higher noncash amortization/depreciation charges in future years IMO.
Earnings will be higher for past periods and lower in future periods.
In view of DCTC's rapid growth, the future earnings adjustments should have a minimal effect on DCTC's earnings. Revenues would not be impacted under this scenario.
