Barrie: You say: "This time when we phone TK to draw down some money, the price is based on the average of the previous 3 days of trading" Which to me still sounds like a floorless convertible. The PR says: "Specifically, Thomson Kernaghan has agreed to provide us with a $5 million credit facility with much improved terms and conditions including: first, a fixed conversion price;" Which does not sound like a floorless convertible. I am confused here. While the terms are a little bit better, it still looks like floorless to me. Eric
