You're probably right. That came at the tail end of the good news period in which favorable earnings tend to come out and also coincided with the tax refund season. The flight out of speculative stocks to enjoy the summer with fewer things on investors minds may have already begun. The summer has generally been a slow period for tech stocks due to a seasonal slow down in corporate buying patterns, vacations in the US and Europe and other factors. Growing international markets may have muted that factor somewhat but with Asia still slow and the rest of the Americas limping, it will have a significant effect this summer, IMO.
