What may happen is if the poolings have to be booked as purchases, there would be a goodwill amount hitting expenses.

I believe that if the past mergers were re-cast as "purchases" rather than as "poolongs" that the Balance Sheet would need to reflect the "goodwill" of the mergers. This would increase the book value per share of DCTC somewhat.

Then the "goodwill" would be amortized against earnings going forward for up to 40 years.

I am not sure what this has to do with "revenues" as stated in this morning's news release.
