Annette,

I read an article in _Forbes_ about a year ago that talked about how having been high-up in a internet-related compay that went under does **not** hurt people move to other companies today. A person's involvement with one or even two failures is actually viewed positively, as revealing the person has gained a lot of experience, a lot of knowledge, necessary to help a new (different) company thrive.

So, recalling that _Forbes_ article, the backgrounds of these 3 people could very well be a big help to NETR.
