Based on various estimates for FY00 and FY01 for both JNJ and CNTO, a deal at the current price would be neutral to JNJ for FY00. In the low-mid $60s, CNTO would be neutral to JNJ's FY01 EPS. Considering the disparity of forecasted growth rates for the 2 companies, it would make sense for JNJ to pay in the $60s. Frankly, I'd be surprised if CNTO would accept anything less.
