Vlad, up a taste and pushing $5 on volume under 200K, can you say
a-c-c-u-m-u-l-a-t-i-o-n? Or, is the newspeak "manipacume"?

The point about upgrading the website to be more pipeline oriented and getting out a few well-timed press releases are great ideas. Especially the web site paint job. Jesse Jackson seems to be a get things done guy lately, think he could negotiate a release for us from this reign of error?

Vlad,

Factor X, we were not supposed to know for our own good. I guess if I started blabbing about settlement of a lawsuit before time, I might get into trouble. Thus, while I appreciate that your rhetorical question is not an admission that settlement of the lawsuit IS factor X, settlement does appear to be a good candidate.
