I totally disagree...I think if AOL buys Media One AOL's stock price will hit $200 within weeks...the reason T's price doesn't react like AOL's is because T has always been a conservative company...which is why I think T's stock will drop if they purchase Media One...The reason AOL stock moves like it does is because of it's aggressiveness in being an internet company....T used to be one of the safest investments in the world, now if they go the internet route alot of conservative investors would jump ship...meanwhile, a Media One purchase by AOL would be seen by the street as just another step by AOL towards solidifying it's #1 position as far as ISPs go...only now it's transitioning towards fast speed!
