Yes, I believe that BW has a strong case against the 3 perps (3 known for now) in this matter. I could see more being named in the fraud latter when their names are flushed out by the person that tries to cut a deal with the plaintiff or possible federal authorities in the matter.

25 Business Wire's business, goodwill and reputation. Defendants' actions, if not enjoined, will
26 continue. Business Wire has no adequate remedy at law in that defendants' conduct is
27 irreparably harming Business Wire, and its damages are difficult to ascertain.


If they're currently unable to "ascertain" these "damages", how do they know they suffered any?

Or are they suing us on spec? If so, is that legal?
