I think the volume is indicative of two things:
1) People are sick of holding a stock that is not moving up when everything else is performing better.
2) Management hasn't given us one darn reason to continue to have confidence in their leadership. VOTE: Against on all issues.

Thomas, hope you and others will vote against management proposals, to help send a message that shareholders do not like being the last to know what is going on. Yes, XOMA provides more information than most companies. However, some really crucial things were not IMO disclosed rapidly to shareholders. Some say the trial is over. I sort of thought it was. Others say the trial may continue. Institutional interest is showing up on the site Slugger posted.
