If I was a betting man, I would say that since the record was created on Jan 27, 99, that was when the website began production by AWEB. Also Not that the Record was updated in March. I would gather thats when the record changed from AWEB to TNRG. Record last updated on 30-Mar-99. Record created on 27-Jan-99. A lot of the stores are already in existence and TNRG gets a commission from sales to their store (much like a real mall) E.G. The Pharmacy I along with other people have been watching for changes for a while. The Steve was the first (to my knowledge) to notice the Pharmacy.
