Pisanni/CNBC - Oil moving on ''speculation'' - NOT the ''usual'' cash Crude Traders... Will "Mr. Death by 1000 Cuts-Pissani'' once again play the Grim Reaper for the Oilpatch ? Oil & Gas Journal - gets the nod for breaking the ''real story'' of Crude Prices and the sheer technical & speculative basis of its move here. No Shorts left to cover sets up a near certain selling into the OPEC compliance Report news. The ''S'' - speculation word - is not a good thing; let it ride here and be ready to ''Rush the Door'' soon enough... When does OPEC report ? May 10th ? ...FLC was $10 1/8ths at the close of the Aug 27th blowoff - other OSX stocks up an avg of 56% since.... FLC is NOT overvalued by any stretch - it is the best ''double down'' bet on a retracement here imho. --- gotta call 'em like I see 'em (VBG). Who has all the SII & CAM (VBG) ? need to know where to borrow a whole lot soon.... PS - If you really want to get sick here; Gee, how smart would OPEC (read those Saudi devils) be here if - ''They'' were locking in hedged futures positions here - yes, lock in $18 Oil and then flood the freekin market - driving out the marginal producers once and for all. Talk about an incentive to cheat - and sweet revenge on the crude traders. Remember the Saudi Oil Ministers threat - they he would get revenge on the crude traders ? - well here it comes.... Chavez - will be listening as well.... Venezeula can hedge - make a fortune - then open up the pumps - makes the oilfield union happy - the people happy etc; he becomes a hero and still fights Saudi for US market share... Chavez aint stupid... CHEAT cheat cheat cheat - too much incentive not to - period. Anyone think Kudlow doesn't know what is happening, going to happen in Venezeula ? - connect the Economist dots - if you are smart here.... this is about Economic Strategy - and the Intnl. Economist world is a small one indeed... PS - I just e-mailed both the Saudi Oil Minister & the ''Hot Tub Shiek'' the idea.....(VBG). ...seriously; one had better be thinking outside the box here - as much as we would all love to think that we will move to OSX 120 in a straight line - we won't. Margin could easilly be the kiss of death here - be forwarned !
