I think we've figured out why we have the typical summer slowdown on the Street. It's cuz of golf! And since this year the weather is a bit ahead of time, at least around here, we may get our summer slowdown early?
As for Tim and his laptop, let's hope he doesn't miss the ball.<ggg>
And for those that don't play golf, there's always fishing. lol

This a link to a wonderful new book by Michael Murphy (often associated with the Easlen Institute, Big Sur)

It is a sequel to his Golf In The Kingdom.

Is the Kingdom what Scotland belongs to? Is it the realm of golf itself? Or is it the Kingdom within....within our own consciousness?

Murphy speaks to my own heart, not just because I enjoy golf, but also because he too is somewhat of a mystic. For Michael Murphy, golf is a metaphor: the exterior life of the individual, the relationship, the world itself, (the thread...<vbg>)is always an out-picturing of either truth or illusion, and our lessons in life, or on the golf course, are about which is which.

OMPT looking oh so nice here......
