Lucky Lady, ITKG is moving forward (albeit slowly) with the Form 10 and crossing all "ts" and dotting all "is". It is my understanding that a former SEC attorney is reviewing the Form for accuracy and content. Once completed, the form is then returned to ITKG for filing. In the meantime, ITKG has advised me that several big players are beginning to show interest in this new antenna technology. Interest is in government applications (military), as well as civilian applications. I believe the stock has found a new base in the mid 30's and will likely remain in this area until news of contracts is announced. Clearly, ITKG is a near term investment and is not a good candidate for day trading (IMO). Investors with insight and patience will be rewarded near term. Buying ITKG at these prices is a bargain.
