Dear Dennis, "If the SEC has given DCTC a good look, it may be a good sign that that is all they came up with." That is something that has be very confused, why was a suspension even warrented? Supposedly the SEC has been "reviewing" the books for months now and this is the result? There has been multiple requests by the SEC for more information, which has been readily supplied by DCI ( haven't heard if ITEL has had to resubmit anything ). If this is the way the SEC conducts their function they SUCK!!!!!! Maybe Al Gore should improve the SEC like he did the IRS, whoooopssss guess nobody would get listed ever with all the new and improved easier to read ahem you in de ass paperwork.
