newsalert.com; This was out just around 10 am. Sorry if this has been posted already. Personally, I am content with this gain if we can continue through the next few weeks with the same gains regularly. I think NAVR's past haunts alot of people and caution is heeded by many of them now. If they see a more steady rise rather then a huge gap they will be more inclined to get in. The gaps in NAVR close quickly and many have been stung. Slow and steady wins the race.
