I hate these buying opportunities when I have no cash. My guess is that if the market was not afraid of the effects of a potential counter offer to AT&T's that AOL would not be getting hit. But I like the idea in the latest news item:

they may be just trying to cut a deal with AT&T to have (access to their) cable systems,'' said one trader who declined to be
named.


Let T pay for the purchase and give AOL the access. That way we, the shareholders don't get the dilution of buying but get the benefit of distribution.
