Yes, they have always in the past given the termination time. Today is a disappointing one for all shareholders, and the expectant roller coaster of hopes is natural. With one company, (RMIL) some shareholders advised how the halt was great, and when it ran past the termination date, they then advised it was part of corporate strategy to commence trading when THEY were ready...

The SEC halt prohibits liquidity in your investment. They only do so when the action is in their mind warranted, and they appreciate the hardships to the individual investors, as difficult as that may seem from your perspective.

I recommend you just pay close attention strictly to offical releases from the company, and pay little attention to what others advise is going on...and get the information in writing such as from the wire services, or directly from the company. It reduces the timeframe and extension of a highly emotional period for many.

Question: is that terminating time "standardly" announced as part of the maximum period allowed?
