Unless the deal with Wellcome came with a cross-license from PDL, I don't see why LKST will not need to license Queen et al. Perhaps you're asking a premptive question, based on having read a relevant portion of 10-K. If so, then "yes, an advantage..... major, perhaps not.... licenses have been quite available". This is probably all in the 10-K, both from the "licenses necessary and licenses in-hand" perspectives? I like CAT, both for classical humanization and for phage display. Don't know anything about their investment quality.
