Cross Post from RB - DJH response... Or maybe Daniel can disclose this, Archival is his company to run as he see's fit. ArchivalCD, Inc. -- The following KAA response copied from SI... "These pesky little decimal points The offering price should be around $2 a share. There is some other things going on in the background of this offering and as soon as it is ok to disclose it I will. Or maybe Daniel can disclose this, Archival is his company to run as he see's fit." Keith is right that the decimal is a problem, and he also indicated in another message that it is odd that they have placed a price when the release has not yet occurred. Our filing is an expected $2.00 per share which we all hope will quickly become much higher. Of course, Keith has "hinted" that maybe I could reveal a project we are working on right now -- but his hints were on the other thread that I don't have posting rights too. Since just before ArchivalCD started working with Corporate Vision the company has also been working with a private investor. Not as a replacement but in tandem with the SEC filings. You may recall I once did a survey to see what interest there was in pre-IPO possibilities of both Common and Preferred shares. There was a reason for mentioning both -- and this investor is that reason. We have worked long and hard on finalizing a Preferred Share purchase of nearly $6 million dollars and apparently are now just a few weeks a way from final determination. Of course, I can't say we have also gotten that funding, yet, because final papers have not been signed nor a transfer of funds made, but apparently we are in agreement and do expect to see this additional source of funding come to closing. Part of our SEC registration delays have hinged upon this project and part of the project funding has hinged on the SEC filing. What a viscious circle to have to work with but apparently both are now in sync. I will certainly let the threads know as soon as we have things finalized. Daniel J.
