Barrie, If the future is so bright for JAWZ, especially with this ASP stuff you keep bringing up then WHY are you guys even entertaining a company like "TK"? I know that there are hundreds of millions of dollars out there in Venture Capital money alone that is being put to work every day. What about all these "brokers" that call you? Have they ever offered to make a proposition to their firms (from what you said in the past, I surmise that its not the mom and pop brokers that are calling you), but "big boys" right? How is it that a company like Xoom or these other internets can get millions thrown at them, and JAWz can't even get a few hundred bucks? Surely if your encryption and technology, or services are superior to the the rest out there, wouldn't there have been a banker or two that would want to really make you guys a "real" poster child? Has TK ever successfully financed ANY company into profitability and now trades on NASDAQ? wouldn't it have made more sense that if you have these "alliances" with so many people that none of them have been able to be sources of investment? How hard would it have been to sell some shares to CITRIX or NETA for financiing in exchange instead of getting raped by TK? Barrie, I know you are new to the game but look at what's going on...you have companies like Microsoft, Intel etc investing and taking EQUITY stakes in small companies, yet no one in over a year has stepped forward from your alliances and laid down cold hard cash to believe in you and give any investors the proverbial "thumbs up". This is just poor judgement by management in my opinion. I am sure I will get alot of naysayers on this board to disagree with me, or my "fans" from RB, but that's ok. In all seriousness, didn't and doesn't the proposal that I penned a few weeks ago regarding the candy sales, and car washes make much more sense? I mean, this way, you would have none of these ridiculous problems, not to mention raise some solid money for the company, and NOT dilute the float any further. Present this ideas to Robert, and I promise I will be the first one to buy a bag of peanut M&Ms from you. Phantom
