Wouldn't it cut down on key strokes to have a pre-determined code using alpha numerics.. a-z for earnings plays and 1-10 for watch list?

Works good for me as well. Take the print friendly version of the calendar so you have all this week's EP's all lined up. print it and staple it or put it into a folder together with the last 2 or 3 watch lists, although 90% of the focus will be on today's watch list. But keep the other 2 for reference just in case.

YOu will also notice that since all the WL's are for May 3.. every time you see a WL it will 'trigger' you to look at the list from today. I also charted most of today's watch list plays and all the earnings plays so if you did your 'homework' even just a little some of these plays today were pretty much anticipated in the charts. I really did much of the work, but I don't mind since I'm playing these along with you and would probably do it anyhow.

Imagine putting in a little time in just looking over the charts and you will see how well it works out. I was waiting for #2 WL 5/3 from early this morning.. as well as #6 which I've mentioned already about 4 times last week and during the weekend and especially added it to the earnings play newsletter. Stock #6 May 5 was the 'feature' stock for this week just as AHAA was last week so you would be expected to take a longer peek on that one.

I spent a good part of the early morning exiting my call options so I could get into these new plays without the burden of watching the losing ones any longer.
