Ag, Frank: I also guess that, in addition to knowing the lease/sale value of strands that are already spoken for (we could probably back into some kind of ball park approximation from Q-2(?) revenues and see if the 10-Q included information with respect to the term, if a lease, or the sale. As for the rest of the strands, the big black hole is what kind of tariff structure GBLX and its competition will be offering on a capacity/use basis. Also, with the high volume/divisible throughput of DWDM, the mix and match of some per use basis of tariff and leased lines will make it hard to dope out in advance of further company guidance. Just my musings based on absence of facts. Regards. Steven
