Frank, thanks for the alert on PVAT. The .16 is great and the warrant issue is probably (being called 8 Jun) the reason it is not jumping higher. I picked up some warrants to go with the common as this looks good long term anyway. I'll watch a few days and maybe pick up some more common.

This could also have something to do with the weak movement in PVAT!!

Mr. Bartczak continued, "Paravant is very pleased to report better than anticipated results for the first half of fiscal 1999. While we expect revenues and net income for the third and fourth quarters to be significantly improved over the 1998 comparable periods, results for the third and fourth quarters may not be quite as strong as the current second quarter."
