MapQuest.com (MQST: news, msgs) is set to price 4.6 million shares
between $12 to $14 a share, above the original $10 to $12 range, later
Monday. BancBoston Robertson Stephens is leading the deal.

The company is an online mapping solution for both businesses and
consumers, giving it a business model of both an online software provider
and advertising-driven content provider.

MapQuest was formed in 1967 as a business unit of R.R. Donnelley &
Sons Company and launched online mapping in the fall of 1996. For
businesses, MapQuest enables companies to provide maps and directions
to customers.

The company's site had over 2.7 million unique visitors in the month of
February, making it the number five travel/tourism Internet property in
audience reach, according to Media Metrix.

MapQuest had $24.7 million in sales last year, with online mapping
services for consumers accounting for a modest portion of its business.
