BTW, Ascend has been playing games with defered revenues - in the 4th quarter WAN packet was up 45% and ATM was up 50% SEQUENTIALLY. 1st quarter up only 2% sequentially, but 72% YoY with at least $50 million in WAN packet revenues deferred. Both NN and ASND are gaining share, ASND is growing a bit faster. Yeah, I know no one here will believe me. You've got that right. Some people might say they stuffed the channel to get a better price. Time will tell. Pat
