Why wouldn't Valence's new Mn and Phosphate technology work on primary batteries as well in increasing performance? Maybe Energizer is using this tech to produce this new "innovation in battery technology". Lawdeedah on Yahoo said Wolanchuck stated on his radio broadcast that Energizer was using Valence batteries/technology. I presume the right to the license is not transferrable without Valence's permission, that is, regarding sale of the division.
