BB daytraders that sell on the news don't care that each piece of news regarding an alliance or contract will only increase the value of the company. Smart investors will buy while daytraders dump.

Maybe those "in the know" think TSIG will lose money on every contract. So, the more contracts they sign, the more money they will lose. Anyone else have a better explanation as to why the price drops on news of new contracts?
