MSD may need more spending money for his venture capital efforts. His financial advisors may want him to diversify more. Maybe Goldman Sachs wanted to generate more commissions before they go public <GG> ....I won't try to speculate. I TRUST that MSD had good reasons to take action. Best Regards, Scott

FD: Each of MD's sales are planned well in advance as required by SEC and are part of a long-range on-going portfolio diversification plan. Additionally this past quarter he announced his intention to start a 1B Venture Capital Fund, hence the additional selling.
