what runup??? USWB was relatively strong today in another down inet day. This is somewhat positive. I think it is also possible that USWB just cant go down much more at this point. Nothing goes in a straight line, either up or down, and after I dont know how many down days in a row, USWB was bound to show some strength. I just hope there is some follow through. The inet sector should turn up soon ( I think tomorrow) and it is vital that USWB moves up along with it.
