Judy,

As far as saving and reloading symbol lists...simply click on the quote sheet you want to work with, then go into the pull down "quote sheet" menu at top of screen. Select export then give it a filename. If you have named the quotesheet, it will default to that name which makes it easy to remember and maintain. Once exported, you can import into excel. If you accidentally blow away a quote sheet or sort in some undesirable manner etc, just open up a new quote sheet and from the pull down menu select import then the file you saved them under. I export permanent quote sheets everytime I make a change.

As far as hotkey workspaces...I've never used them, but looks like if you save your workspace (all windows in a session) that you can then assign a filename to a hotkey in the hotkey setup area.

Hope this helps.

1. you assign workspaces to hot keys. Build up some or use the supplied examples. Then you can move from one to another with a click.

2. You can do it anywhere not just Excel. This gives you a list of stocks in txt format. You can also import a list of symbols into a Quote page. I do Quotes Plus scans at night which produce a list of symbols, simply import them for next morning.

The flexibility is without limits.
