steve, just a gentle reminder to do some dd before posting such statements as international rates look like they may be considerably cheaper than IDTC and maybe you should provide proof, not that it has been your style on idtc. when you look at the prices, compare rates to the same country, this will greatly help in dd. depends on which country as to whom is cheaper. idtc rates: idt.net access rates: accesspower.com i know, it was just "a glance," so you can easily be fooled. plus access has a 20$ startup fee for the phone to phone service.
