Does the phrase "directly or indirectly" mean anything to you? OK, not to take it for granted it does, it means ABFG owns no mining properties either as ABFG or through any acquisitions, such as SAO or WGC. These concessions were cancelled, as in nixed, as in voided, as in no longer exist. I have the fax from the Ministry of Energy and Mines to prove it. I've also posted the phone number of the Ministry in Madagascar anyone can call and confirm, and I've posted the document number to request... many times. NOTHING... Get it? - Jeff

I wonder what it might be like to be a shareholder of a company that actively pursues a major case of Internet "slander" against certain individuals that think they are above the law? Can't ya just see the headlines on CNBC........ American Benefits Group wins "slander" case against the infamous Janice Shell, Jeffrey Mitchell and Bill Ulrich of Silicon Investor fame! This suit is a major milestone in preventing future slanderous activities conducted over the Internet towards legitimate companies. Janice and Co. first gained recognition when they were sued for a possible FRAUDULENT press release that they had issue over Business Wire. ROTFLOL!!! Jeffro's claim that ABFG owns no mines means NOTHING...Get it? Not really. Seems you haven't been reading along. The Malagasy government cancelled SAO's and WGC's rights in February. "World Gem Corporation - The Ministry (of Energy & Mines) decree No. 1945/99 dated 24 February 1999, decreed that 34 perimeters in the name of World Gem Corporation has been cancelled from date hereof. Saowani Development - does not have any perimeter registered in their name. Saowani used to have a joint venture with a company called Madagascar Primary Sector (MAPS) and MAPS had a joint venture with another company. The Minister has never approved any of the ventures. Furthermore, MAPS perimeters were cancelled by the Ministry a few months ago, thus MAPS does not own any perimeters in Madagascar. In conclusion, ABFG does not have any perimeter in Madagascar, directly or indirectly." --> This can be verified by calling the Minister of Energy & Mines at 011-261-2022-25515.
