Hi Bug- We are still getting a cyclical rally here...but, one thing is for sure, this rally is a result of a "expectation" that the cyclical stocks will produce better earnings (next one/two quarters)..if they do not...even if only some do not(even if because of internal market issues), money will leave these stocks for sure, and rotate back to techs... I heard today that Alcoa is up 50% in the last few weeks...that rate of increase in certainly not going to continue.. What goes around, comes around....pretty soon, cyclicals will have to produce the goods (or pay the consequences)...I feel pretty certain that many won't... Just read yesterday Vanity Fair's account of Ellison's Sydney-Hobart adventure last Christmas...good article (Natalie Portman cover)
