Is it possible they are hedging on reporting positives while the internet weakness is occuring and seeing their moment evapourated in a weak Internet market? today's announcement with zdz, a softbank backer, clearly was not held back, and came as surprise news. internets are still up, way up for the year, and we may be seeing some rotation into the telco area where people have traditionally found value, and idtc has both the advatange of being a telco and can hedge on whether money might be flowing into voip. seeing how we heard no news on consent, it is done deal except for the paperwork. figure an announcement should be forthcoming.
