A friend of mine had to have this done when she was in her 30s. She never flossed and her teeth were so close together. She has spent a small fortune, unfortunately.

The sonar brush may keep your gums from getting worse. I don't know because I don't understand gum disease.

Our dentist is very pleased with results. And I was always getting into trouble for not flossing in the right places. Since I have used new brush, I get perfect score card!!
